Terms of sale
These terms apply to any purchase of a Voilà Moments event on voilamoments.com. You accept them when you pay. The French version prevails.
1. Seller
Voilà Moments is sold by Romain Lebrun EI (trading as Humaro), a French sole trader, whose address, SIRET number and contact details appear in the legal notice.
2. The service
Voilà Moments runs photo challenges during your event: a programme drawn from your themes, a guest page with no app or account, notifications, an optional room screen, and a private album kept for 12 months that you can download in full. It is an online service, supplied without any physical medium.
3. Free trial
Every event can be created and tried for free with up to 10 guests. Payment opens the event to all guests, up to 300.
4. Prices
€59 including all taxes per event up to 150 guests, €79 from 151 to 300 guests. Launch price: €39 for the first 30 events paid, whatever the number of guests. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code. The price that applies is the one shown on the payment page.
5. Payment and invoice
One online payment, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through our payment provider Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers. The invoice is sent by email and stays available from your space.
6. Going live
The event opens to all guests as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. Voilà Moments is digital content supplied without a physical medium and activated on payment: under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply when you expressly ask for immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal, by ticking the box shown before payment. Without that box ticked, payment is not possible.
8. Refunds
Even without a right of withdrawal, we give a full refund, on simple request by email, for a paid event up to the day before its date. If a fault in our service stops the game from working during your event, we refund it in full. Refunds go back to the payment method used, within 14 days.
9. Album retention
The album is kept for 12 months after the event, then deleted. We remind you one month before. You can download it in full at any time until then.
10. Liability
We do what it takes for the service to work during your event, including on a weak network. It also depends on the venue's network and the guests' phones. Except in case of gross negligence, our liability is limited to the price paid.
11. Personal data
We process the customer's data (email address, invoice) to carry out the sale, and the photos on the customer's behalf, with no other use. Details are in the privacy policy.
12. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If anything goes wrong, write to us first: we always look for a friendly solution. Consumers may also use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose details will be given here.
